When I was licensed in 2002, I found myself basically on my own.   I struggled through my first two years, wanting to quit multiple times, but persevered and had many successes moving forward.  What I found lacking for me was the right guidance,  as most coaching sessions originated from the United States, and  I found a lot of the suggestions were not cohesive to our environment. I am determined to change that by providing personal coaching and mentoring to integrate into the environment of which I know and understand, and that you are working in. 

The training and coaching I provide is different. It recognizes the unique challenges our real estate market faces, the compliance and complexity of our transactions and an in-depth knowledge of the Alberta market. Each client I work with receives custom solutions, an integrated approach and vital skills and solutions for their market.  

I am look forward to sharing my coaching skills, along with a combination of mentoring from my successes both personally, as well as guiding individual realtors and teams to their success. I will share my vast 17+ years of experience navigating a variety of real estate markets.  And the most important of all, ensuring success not only in your business but in your personal life as well.  Balancing life isn't just an "act", it's a learned skill.
